A beginner bodyweight workout plan for home
You do not need a full gym to start getting stronger — you need a clear first level.
Choose four dependable movements
Start with a squat pattern, a push variation, a hip-dominant movement and a simple core exercise. Keep the list short enough that you can learn the movements well.
Leave repetitions in reserve
Beginners usually benefit from finishing sets before technique breaks down. You can progress by adding repetitions over time instead of taking every set to the limit.
AniTrain keeps the same character moving with you as the training gets stronger, cleaner and more confident.
Use walking as your cardio base
Brisk walking is easy to recover from and pairs well with beginner strength training. Increase time or pace gradually.
Repeat before you reinvent
Keep the same basic session long enough to notice what is improving. Constantly changing the workout can make progression harder to see.
“Build the base first, then earn the harder variations.”
