Account Deletion Request

We respect your privacy. You can request deletion of your AniTrain account and associated personal data at any time.

Steps to Request Account Deletion

  1. Send an email to: anitrainapp@gmail.com
  2. Use the subject line: “Delete My AniTrain Account”
  3. Include the email address you used to sign in to AniTrain.

  • • User account
  • • Authentication information
  • • Workout history and XP
  • • Community posts and interactions
  • • Subscription and purchase records (anonymized where required)

Data Retention

Some transaction records may be retained for legal or financial compliance for up to 30 days.

All other personal data will be permanently deleted once your request is processed.
